1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any bet or wager through the babs88 platform at babs88.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete and binding agreement between you and babs88 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the babs88 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of any part of the platform — including browsing games, accessing the cashier, or reading promotional material — constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

babs88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice beyond publication of the revised terms on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect any revision. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

The babs88 platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register and maintain an account on babs88, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, placing bets, or using any feature of the babs88 platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party in connection with your babs88 account.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently closed by babs88.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

babs88 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously. Age verification may be requested at any point — including at the time of a first withdrawal, during a routine account review, or where babs88 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is operated by a minor. Verification typically requires submission of a government-issued identity document (such as a National ID card or passport) confirming date of birth.

Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds held in the account at the time of closure, including any deposits, winnings, and bonus balances, will be forfeited in their entirety. babs88 reserves the right to report such cases to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of babs88 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held on your account and must update it promptly if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) babs88 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where babs88 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same person, all accounts may be suspended, merged or closed at babs88's sole discretion, and any bonus balances or winnings derived from duplicate account activity may be voided and forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. babs88 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your babs88 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact babs88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

babs88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have notified babs88 of a suspected breach prior to the activity in question.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the babs88 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). babs88 does not apply currency conversion charges. The amount you deposit in Taka is the amount credited to your babs88 account in full, subject to payment processing confirmation from your chosen payment provider.

babs88 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank support)

The minimum deposit on babs88 is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing windows are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of requesting a withdrawal. babs88 does not deduct any platform fee from player withdrawals. Standard withdrawal processing time for bKash and Nagad is under 10 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the babs88 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. babs88 reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and funds returned to the player's account balance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

babs88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet sizes, and expiry dates. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of any bonus before claiming it.

The following general conditions apply to all babs88 bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Duplicate account bonus claims will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• babs88 reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings where stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash prior to meeting the stated wagering requirements.
• babs88 may withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. This does not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of any such modification.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including placing low-risk, compensating bets across markets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus and related winnings.

Promotional offers that reference the Bangladesh sporting calendar — including BPL season bonuses, Eid reload offers, and Independence Day promotions — are subject to the same general bonus conditions stated above unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms.

6 Betting and Casino Game Rules

By placing any bet or wager on the babs88 platform, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that bet or game. Rules specific to individual sports, markets, and casino games are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all babs88 betting and casino products:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by babs88. babs88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error, pricing error, or integrity concern has been identified.
• Settled Odds: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are final and cannot be renegotiated.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event in question is cancelled, postponed beyond the stipulated settlement window, or otherwise fails to meet the conditions required for settlement under the applicable game or market rules.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game or crash game session, babs88 will use server-side records to determine the outcome of the round. If server records are inconclusive, the round will be voided and stakes returned to the player.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum individual payout limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed in the cashier and bet placement interface. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for a single bet will be capped at the published limit.
• RNG Certification: All virtual and slot game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. babs88 does not alter RNG configurations post-certification. Published RTP percentages reflect the certified settings of each game as supplied by the original provider.

Cricket betting markets on babs88, including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, settlement will be suspended until a final result is confirmed by the relevant authority.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the babs88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the babs88 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or identity theft.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies on the platform for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that constitutes corruption of a sporting event.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing babs88 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the babs88 platform or its underlying software.

babs88 employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts regular manual account reviews. Where prohibited conduct is identified or suspected, babs88 may freeze account funds pending investigation. Investigations are typically completed within 14 business days. Players subject to an investigation will be notified by email and given the opportunity to provide documentation or clarification where appropriate.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

babs88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where babs88 determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false or unverifiable identity documentation.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• The account holder has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank or payment provider without first attempting resolution through babs88 support.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to babs88.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, babs88 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance, including real-money funds and bonus balances. Where an account is closed at the player's own request — including through a self-exclusion request — any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to identity verification.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting babs88 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Players who have self-excluded may not re-register for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of self-exclusion. babs88 encourages any player who feels that gambling is negatively impacting their life to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion, before requesting account closure.
